Doug brings with him a wealth of experience including a BA in Social Science from the University of the Witwatersrand (1983) and an MBL from the University of South Africa (1993). He holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach qualification (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute of California, USA. Doug’s 40 plus year journey has seen him in various leadership roles, including Human Resources General Manager and Director, and CEO.
His diverse experience spans industries such as Pharmaceutical (Ayerst Laboratories), Commercial properties (AMPROS), FMCG (SAB), Legal (Webber Wentzel), Engineering (EHL), and Mining (JCI). As an HR and Management Consultant he has provided assistance to NPC’s including Whistleblower House and the Gerald Fitzpatrick Home, and commercial enterprises in the fields of ITC, Logistics, Retail and Manufacturing.
In addition, Doug has obtained a certification as a Mediator through the Association of Arbitrators (South Africa) and is qualified to conduct both (Section 41) Court Annexed and Private Mediations.
